Eva T., Coach Burg, Me, Cill, Rob and Brendan at the Olympic Lifting Seminar Saturday. I learned so much from coach it was great to have him at HQ. Man it was HOT and we all got a little red since we were facing the sun all day from 9-5. Cleaning, jerking, split jerking- over & over until it was perfect. It was Eva's birthday and after the seminar we all went to dinner at Sestri and had a great cheat meal and dessert. I just love my new family....they rule!!Monday, April 30, 2007
Coach Burg O Lifting Seminar
Eva T., Coach Burg, Me, Cill, Rob and Brendan at the Olympic Lifting Seminar Saturday. I learned so much from coach it was great to have him at HQ. Hi Shari, You are back! Coach Burg's Seminar must have been good! I learn something everytime I see one of his 5 minute videos on the crossfit site,

I know - I have been so busy training people and with my Zone consults and my own training that I forget to post! Geesh....I am having a great time though and love every minute of everyday...what a nice feeling.

Coach B's seminar was incredible! It wasn't the whole weekend, but I am going to a full weekend with him in June...can't wait. I highly recommend it to everybody who O lifts for sure!

Shari, VERY cool video on the CF site of all of you "Playing with Push-ups" the other day. Awesome. I even showed my husband and he was amazed too. Keep up the great work, all of you!!!
