Hi Shari, AWESOME video on CF website today of you, Annie, Cill, Mary and Brendan doing that workout at HQ! Mary was great doing it all at her pace! :) I have to comment on your man.... HOLY HOTTIE, BATMAN! Shari, he's the kinda guy that makes you stop, look and go, "WOW!" You both are true examples of what fitness is all about! Very motivating!
gb, I know....he is amazing. He is the most handsome man I have ever met and his heart is just as hot as his outside!!! I'm a lucky girl....I plan on never letting this one go.....he's my match in every way.....
