6am : Track workout totaling 6.5 miles
1 mile warm up
2 laps stride straights/jog turns
3x 1 mile at 10k pace
400 meter recovery
2x 400 meters (200 meter 10k/200 meter sprint)
400 meter recovery
2 laps cool down
10am:
100 double unders
50 ab mat sit ups
20 pass throughs
20 knees to elbows
50 ab mat sit ups
15 pass throughs
15 knees to elbows
50 ab mat situps
10 pass throughs
10 knees to elbows
50 ab mat sit ups
100 double unders
Saturday Workout:
1 single arm snatch on left
1 single arm snatch on right
1 burpee
x 30 rounds
Used 30 pound dumbell.......
Wanted to go down to the track and do sprints, but the crazy storm wouldn't let me!
