Thank you so much for the compliment, and helping to expand the message of the importance for health and fitness.
Food and philosophy is fun, but what it comes down to is the training! I hope everyone can bear with me through this recovery and, I promise, some kick ass demos and workouts this coming year! I plan on training harder than ever, and realizing a body that shows it!
