All the amazing CrossFit trainers for the cert seminar were super cool. I enjoyed working with them, getting to know them, and learn from them. It was so amazing to be a part of such an incredible family!! I also loved being there this time as a CrossFit trainer and I got to wear the coveted "blue shirt"!! No white shirt this seminar. I got to meet some cool people there for there for their first seminar and help them with their form during the workout portion of the seminar.
