Today I got to run and it felt great!! Here's my workout for today :
Run: 4.5 miles on treadmill at 7:35 mph
21 deadlifts at 115 pounds
21 handstand pushups (assisted by bars)
This is a pic of me and another trainer Michele. We were a team today for the above workout. She started first with the deads, then I did the HSPU, and we staggared like that until we each completed the perscribed reps. We finished first, and I was super DIZZY!!! Great workout!!
