Monday I got to hang out with baby Dylan and we had fun planting more flowers for the backyard.....she's the best!!CrossFit workout:
- 10 snatches 45pounds
- 15 pullups
- 20 thrusters 45 pounds
- x4 rounds
I didn't time myself for this one - just got it done!!

AAAAAWWWWW there's that cutie pie Dylan again! She's just a little angel, and getting so big! She looks a lot bigger than the last time you posted a pic of her. If I ever make it out there for a workout, I'll bring my baby boy and they can play together.

She is adorable!! I love every minute that I get to spend with her. PLEASE come to HQ sometime and do a workout.....!
