Monday March 12th Workout....

Monday I got to hang out with baby Dylan and we had fun planting more flowers for the backyard.....she's the best!!

CrossFit workout:

  • 10 snatches 45pounds
  • 15 pullups
  • 20 thrusters 45 pounds
  • x4 rounds

I didn't time myself for this one - just got it done!!

AAAAAWWWWW there's that cutie pie Dylan again! She's just a little angel, and getting so big! She looks a lot bigger than the last time you posted a pic of her. If I ever make it out there for a workout, I'll bring my baby boy and they can play together.
