Boardwalk....

Yesterday's CrossFit workout looked like this :

Run big loop (just shy of 1 mile) warm up
30 seconds wall ball
30 seconds rest
60 seconds wall ball
60 second rest
120 seconds wall ball
120 seconds rest
all with 14 pound ball....

65 pound clean & jerks 10 reps
2 rope climbs
20 walking lunges
How many rounds in 20 minutes ?
