Getting Some

Even after a late night at the concert we still tackled a tough workout!
1 mile bike sprint
30 box jumps
30 Kettle bell swings
1 mile bike sprint
45 pull ups
45 ring dips/jump to support
1 mile bike sprint
30 box jumps
30 KB swing

And abs afterwards! I Have the best boyfriend EVER - he's an amazing coach and I LOVE working out with him and watching him beat me!! Whew...now I can rest ;) Posted by Picasa
