I just had to add this picture because my hero studette fellow mother is kicking ass on the muscle up section of the workout. I however do NOT have a damn muscle up yet....so I had to do 45 ring dips, and 45 pullups to equal their 15 muscle ups. WTF!!?? I must practice until i get one. Brendan told me to do at least 15 deep dips everytime I'm at Crossfit to prepare and get me stronger. I'm on it coach!!!
