row 1000 meters warm up
run Caldwell loop (approx. 800 meters)
21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps of pull ups & dipps for time
I did all real pull ups (no jumping) and deep dipps on the parallel bars (no jumping).
WOW my arms feel great!! I also ran this morning for 5 miles on Lilly....my right hip has been a little sore so I haven't been able to up my miles yet - hopefully next week.
Get out there and MOVE today.....
