Bond, Brendan Bond. I don't know - just doesn't sound the same. But if he drives an Aston Martin, I'll let it slide.
Oh, well, they said the new Bond wasn't good enough and he's ending up being the best one yet. So who knows?
But you're definitely Bond-woman! I won't ask where you hide your pistol!

I love Michele too! She is so sweet and nice!
I did a night run up the Peak to Sunol for 4 hours. I love running at dusk. I don't get to do it all the time I try to on my long 7+ hour runs once a week.

Tomorrow I will do a 20+ mile run gotta get ready for my next 100 it's on January 13th in Hawaii.
Should be fun!

Merry X-mas and keep busy so you don't miss the kids to much.

Cat,
Hurt 100 right ?? I hope Randy can still make it to run with you for a while. I know you will be ready for it - aren't you always ready ?? ;) Thanks for the advice - I did keep busy. I get to pick them up today for a while so they can meet Brendan's family and open gifts....

Hey Shari-

Glad you kept busy!
No, Randy's not going. I'm going with my good friend Jerry who just turned 61 he will run the 100k. I'm so proud he has challenged himself the past year. He always said he would never run more than a 50 miler. This year he ran Mi-Wok 100k. He also ran 80 miles at the 24 hour run in San Francisco. Now HURT 100k(62 miles).
He has said he would never run a 100 miler. I bet by the end of next year he will run a hundred mile race.
I have friends that live in Hawaii. i might ask one of them to pace me. Really to tell you the truth I do better without a pacer. That seems to be the case latly.
This will be my 7th HURT 100. WOW, I can't beleive I keep going back for more of the torture fest.
